InsulMat is black vinyl that conforms to ANSI/ASTM D178-01 specifications. It has a daielectric strength of 30,000volts with a recommended usage of up to 17,000 volts. InsulMat has an inflamability rating of "A" per MVS302 and is highly resistant to wear.
